Biography:

     Sukyoung Ryu is a professor at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) and the head of the School of Computing, KAIST. She received Google research awards and Distinguished Paper Awards from ACM SIGSOFT. She is currently an associate editor of IEEE TSE, a member of ACM SIGPLAN EC, and ACM SIGPLAN CARES. She has published research papers on program analysis techniques for diverse programming languages, including JavaScript.
